PGI to organize a talk on “The Science and Research on Yoga for Sleep and Insomnia”.
Department of Neurology and CCRYN-Yoga Centre at PGIMER is organizing an Interactive Academic Talk tomorrow at 2:00 PM in the Lecture Theatre (LT-1), Nehru Hospital, PGIMER.
The talk will be delivered by an eminent scientist Dr. Sat Bir Singh Khalsa, who is an Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School, USA. He will be delivering a talk on “The Science and Research on Yoga for Sleep and Insomnia”.
Dr. Khalsa has been engaged in biomedical research on the efficacy of Yoga and meditation practices in improving physical and psychological health since 2001. His research has played a significant role in understanding how yoga and meditation can improve sleep quality, reduce stress, and offer relief to those struggling with insomnia.
