A meeting of district council of PCCTU was held on 07-03-2025 at DAV College, sector 10, Chandigarh. District Council President Sh.Suraj Narayan, District Vice-President Sh.Pardeep Kumar, District Secretary Ms. Gaganpreet Kaushal along with PCCTU State Finance Secretary S. Bhupinder Singh presided over the meeting. It was discussed in the meeting that PCCTU district council has been regularly meeting Director Higher Education regarding enforcement of UGC regulations 2018 and the talk is proceeding in a positive manner. CAS promotions of all the colleges will be taken by DHE Chandigarh Administration very soon. One year probation cases with full salary are also going in a positive direction.
All these issues were discussed with legal as well as financial teams of administration and positive outcomes will be observed very soon.
