BJP’s membership drive incharge Ashok Parnami starts three-day campaign

To strengthen the party base, Chandigarh BJP’s membership drive incharge Ashok Parnami today kicked off his three days visit here.
The former Rajasthan BJP president began the membership campaign from Sector 37. People’s online forms were filled through missed call on 8800002024 or mobile Application or website.
Speaking on the occasion, membership drive incharge Ashok Parnami said, “The BJP is world’s largest political party as it has the highest number of members. Our encouraged party volunteers and leaders are going door-to-door to make public part of this mega drive.”
“People have given an encouraging response to our membership drive. They know the BJP is the only party that selflessly works for the national security and fast-paced development of the country. Due to the efforts of Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led centre government, the nation is soon going to become world’s third largest economy,” he added.
During the ongoing campaign, the party has already added 35 thousand members in Chandigarh. The BJP expects to further add a large number of members to the party fold. Every booth has been given a target of adding 200 members.
Senior leader Ashok Parnami was accompanied by campaign’s convener Rambir Bhatti, Secretary Sanjeev Rana, district president Ravi Rawat, mandal president Sanjay Aggarwal, senior leaders Krishan Kant, Umang, Sanjay Bajaj, Devinder Chaudhary, Shashi Kalia, Sumit Sharma, Rekha Sood and others on the occasion.
The Chandigarh BJP had formally launched its campaign on September 4 from its party office Kamalam in Sector 33. City BJP president Jatinder Pal Malhotra, along with other senior party leaders and office-bearers, had begun the membership drive.
