Hon’ble Governor will visit in the Gym Hall, Panjab University, Chandigarh at 11:00 am on dated 28.09.2022 for Inauguration Function of National Open Women Chess Tournament for Visually Challenged, 2022, keeping in view of above visit flowing are the instruction please.
· “NO VEHICLE ROAD” The VVIP route will be from Gate No-I via Administrative block, Chemistry department and Physics department road up to Gymnasium Hall.
· This route will not be allowed for public from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on 28.09.2022.
· No vehicles will be allowed to be parked on this route road on 27.09.2022 & 28.09.2022.
· Please park your vehicles in their respective / designated parking only.
· All the residents / visitors of Panjab University nor to park their vehicles on the road side in the PU campus on 27.09.2022 & 28.09.2022. If any vehicles is found parked in the unauthorized area, it will be tow- away by the traffic police of Chandigarh.
· Gate timing for general public on 28 Sep 2022
· Gate No-1- Will remain open for entry and exit from 06.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. and after 01.00 p.m. No vehicles will be allowed from gate no-1 from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
· Gate No-2: Will remain open for entry and exit throughout.
· Gate No-3: Will remain open for entry and exit from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
All the Panjab University residents, visitors in the PU campus are requested to follow the above mentioned instructions for the smooth Visit of the Hon’ble Governor.
