PU VC Releases Logo for 62nd Youth Festival
Prof. Raj Kumar, Vice Chancellor, Panjab University released the logo for the Punjab University Youth and Heritage Festival on the theme ‘ Love and Respect the Nature ‘ to be organised by Department of Youth Welfare in different zones of the University during this session.
Prof. Raj Kumar speaking on the occasion opined that the youth festival will bring in positivity among youth. Globally human race has been through a long pandemic and all of us have realised the importance of nature in our lives.
62nd Interzonal Youth and Heritage Festival of Panjab University Chandigarh will be organised at A.S. College Khanna from 13th -18th December,2021. Students who have excelled in twelve zones of nearly 200 colleges, affiliated to Panjab University Chandigarh will participate in this mega six day youth festivity. Dr. Nirmal Jaura, Director Youth Welfare Department shared that motto of the youth festival has been declared to be ‘Love and Respect the Nature’, ‘ਕੁਦਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਦਿਓ’.
Dr. R.S. Jhanji, Principal A.S. College Khanna has extended warm welcome to the participating colleges. Assoc. Prof. Ravinder Jeet Singh and Sh. Navpreet Singh were also present on the occasion.
