On National Doctors Day, Inner Wheel of Chandigarh donates Oxymetres, expressing solidarity with PGIMER in this crusade against COVID-19
In sync with its vision of social and humanitarian service, Inner Wheel of Inner Wheel Club of Chandigarh Harmony, Chandigarh. a well known voluntary organisation, has once again lent a helping hand and donated 50 oximeters on National Doctors Day, expressing solidarity with PGIMER in this crusade against the COVID-19 pandemic here today.
Mrs. Indira Sen Ghosh President, Inner Wheel Club of Chandigarh Harmony, Chandigarh handed over the oximeters to the hospital management in the august presence of Prof. Jagat Ram (Director), Shri Kumar Gaurav Dhawan (IRS DY Director, Administration), Shri Kumar Abhay (IAAS Financial Advisor), PGIMER. From Inner Wheel Club of Chandigarh Harmony, Chandigarh Dr. Neerja, Secretary and Dr. Seema Rawal, Joint Secretary, were also present on the occasion.
Prof. Jagat Ram, Director PGIMER acknowledged the humane efforts of Inner Wheel Club of Chandigarh Harmony, Chandigarh, as he said, “The organisation has been doing appreciable work. Their benevolent gesture towards the management of COVID19 patients is greatly appreciated and will help in supporting the ability to respond to the COVID 19 pandemic in the best possible manner.
