Similarly, compensation of Rs. 30 lakh is provided to police personnel in case of accidental death and Rs 2.5 lakh for natural death. In addition, the SPO is given a compensation of Rs 15 lakh under accident death insurance cover.

Providing a huge relief to the disabled policemen, a compensation of Rs 30 lakh is given for permanent disability and Rs five lakh for partial disability.
