“The Himalayan Foundation” is a Non-Governmental Organization, to create leaders of the future, and serve humanity in the process.
The organization has “Himalayan Club Trust” as its proud mentor, and focuses on serving society to the best of its resources. They’ve begun working for a variety of social causes, including child development, animal welfare, menstrual hygiene, etc.
The foundation held the Installation Ceremony, Riwayat on 3rd January where the leaders of the organisation were installed to their positions. The Foundation hopes to start a new tradition and the ceremony marked the beginning of their journey as an organisation. The event was organised by the event Chairperson Akanksha Monga and her team ‘Riwayat’ under the guidance of President Gurdeep Singh and General Secretary Sparsh Gupta.The event was graced by Mr. KP Singh, a professional boxer and past Patiala Bar President and Ms. Shipra Bansal, the youngest female Councillor in Chandigarh along with many other dignitaries.
The foundation recently organised donation drive on Christmas and look forward to help the society more in the coming times.
