Fitness coach Dev raj resident of Nada village was coming back from gym ,on way he was stopped by police naka at Nada bridge and was issued challan without helmet and without RC while he showed his RC to ASI . When dev objected to this he was misbehaved by ASI. Meanwhile Jagjit Singh also arrived at the spot and started misbehaving with him and said that all Nada villagers are egotistic and must be taught lessen , he also thrashed dev while abusing , at this dev took out his cellphone and tried to make video but sho took his cellphone forcibly and slapped him . He was dragged to jeep , one more challan issued ,his activa impounded ,and he was taken into custody and was very badly beaten up at police station. He also fainted in between and asked for medicine and wasn’t offered water even. DSP also didn’t listen to him ,rather he asked his fellows to beat him more .
Dev was produced to area Judge next day , who ordered his Nayab court to take dev for a medical exam and after Judge came to know his poor health ,dev was granted bail . After bail dev pleaded ssp personally but was only assured of action or help which has not come till date . Dev emailed all documents ,complaints and details with photographs to ssp but of no avail. Dev tried reaching higher officials too but could not meet. Now today after loosing all hope for justice he pleaded before media persons at chandigarh press club seeking INSAF otherwise dev will sit on dharna at CM residence.
